Great beach access and accommodating staff.

My experience at Tru By Hilton was frustrating, to say the least. The room was cramped with barely any space for basic belongings, which made it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road drowned out any chance of hearing the waves, instead filling the air with constant traffic sounds. The pillows were absolutely awful, leading to sleepless nights.

Friendly staff made for a pleasant check-in, and the spacious lobby area felt inviting and relaxing.

The noise from the bar made it difficult to get a good night’s rest on the weekend. I could hear conversations and music late into the night.

i almost gave this place a glowing review, but then i remembered the terrible pillows and the fact that they lost my reservation. i mean, a complimentary upgrade would have been nice after all that wasted time. really wish the wifi had worked too, not that i expected any help from the overly flustered staff.

my stay was made memorable by the close proximity to Lasker Park, just about 900 meters away, perfect for morning walks, and the vibrant Seafront promenade, which offered a stunning backdrop for leisurely strolls right alongside the ocean.

The hotel is perfectly situated directly across from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The large ocean-view balconies provide a stunning vantage point to enjoy the sunset. Breakfast options are decent, and the staff team is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

Parking fees of $20 per day came as an unexpected surprise upon arrival.

tru by hilton had a great location right across from the beach. the queen room with two beds was stylish and spacious. the cleaning team was fantastic, and the lobby smelled clean and pleasant. the staff, especially the head manager, was super friendly and helpful.

the appealng design of the room was a highlight, space was good for our beach gear. disappointing cleanliness as the room did not smell fresh.

Had a sweet as view from our balcony, but mate, the room was a bit tight and the breakfast could've had more options. Chur to the staff for being so helpful!

A nice stay with a fantastic ocean view right across the street from the beach. The staff radiated friendliness and made our visit enjoyable. Breakfast options could have improved, especially with limited availability during peak hours. The lack of storage space in the room might be a challenge for longer stays.
