I had a fantastic stay with TOP NOTCH staff and a nice, clean hotel. the ocean-view balcony room had a great view and a spacious balcony. the breakfast choices were good, and there was ample parking. the location on the Seawall was perfect, close to beaches and attractions.

The basic amenities in the room, like the comfortable bed and the clean linens, ensured a cozy and relaxing experience.

Our stay at Tru By Hilton was fantastic! The hotel had a stylish design and the front desk clerks were extremely friendly. The elevator had a lovely, clean smell and the cleaning team, except for one man, was fantastic. They were patient and polite while waiting for us to switch rooms. Special mention to the head cleaning woman who was so nice and understanding. I truly regret forgetting to tip them as they deserved it.

The view from the balcony was stunning, and we could not get enough of it. the room was spotless, which is what you expect from a hotel stay. the location was superb and had everything we needed within walking distance.

The customer service was not the best, and we had some issues with overcharging. Despite these issues, we still had a good Easter break away.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seawall, offering stunning views of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the well-maintained facilities and the convenience of amenities such as a coffee pot always filled with fresh coffee.

One disappointment was the inconsistent room key, which required us to get new cards each evening.
