We had a wonderful stay at Tru By Hilton Jackson! The front desk agent Max was a highlight. he made us feel very welcome and brought us extra pillows within minutes when we asked. The King Room we had was very spacious and featured a large TV and a cozy bathroom with premium bath products. We really appreciated the option of having a bathtub, which is quite rare these days! The room also felt very modern and clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The snacks at the front desk seemed a bit pricey.

The room was super modern, though tiny. Loved the vinyl flooring—much better than old carpet! The huge TV and the quirky lobby were fun touches.

But seriously, I think the noise from the neighbors brought me closer to a career as a sleep-deprived detective. A thicker wall or some white noise would be a dream!

The king room was great! It had air conditioning, a huge TV, a desk, and a refrigerator. The bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. There was also a privacy curtain and ironing facilities. Loved the fitness center and the indoor swimming pool for a quick dip. Really clean and modern vibes everywhere.

Modern room, spacious bathroom, featuring the largest screen TV I have ever seen in a hotel and excellent sound insulation, which made for a great night's sleep, while the convenient off-site car park allowed for easy exploration of the area.
