The location was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of everything, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, being able to check in and unlock the door from my phone was so convenient. the hotel had a modern and minimalistic design, which I really liked. the room was clean and the bathroom was very modern and well-maintained. They even had Lavazza brand coffee, which was a pleasant surprise. the breakfast was decent, with a good selection of options. I particularly loved the yogurt with dried blueberries and granola. the hotel was also very quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. the lobby had plenty of seating space, and the elevators were fast.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. the bed platform was a bit dangerous.

The location of Tru By Hilton was excellent, with abundant dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel itself was very modern and clean, with a welcoming and courteous staff. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the room had updated amenities like USB outlets and a large TV. The darkening blinds in the room were a plus for a good night's sleep. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this new hotel.

One minor drawback was the thin walls, as I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room for convenience.

Stayed at Tru By Hilton for a family trip, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our unexpected extension hassle-free. The location was perfect, surrounded by endless shops, restaurants, and fun activities like Top Golf. The rooms were bright, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of toiletries. The grab-and-go breakfast had a surprising variety, including a waffle machine for fresh waffles. Great value for the price, highly recommended!

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and provided great facilities in the lobby area, including pool and foosball tables, work stations, and complimentary coffee stations. the room and bathroom were spacious and had enough storage space for our belongings, making it comfortable to move around. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful in recommending nearby places to eat and giving directions.

During check-in, there was a 15-minute wait with no staff at the front desk. When the hostess finally arrived, she had a rude demeanor, which was unexpected and unacceptable.

I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was modern and comfortable, and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was hot and delicious, and they had fellowship coffee available all day. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and a mall right across the street. The parking was safe and it was easy to access the highway. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
