While the front desk staff tried their best, check-in was chaotic and frustrating. They sent us to a room that was already occupied, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the laundry facilities were frustratingly out of reach, as there was no way to get quarters on-site, which really hindered my ability to do laundry during my stay.

Chur, the bed was super comfy and the staff were choice! But the elevator was down, so had to hoof it up the stairs. Still, sweet as stay overall!

this hotel is super clean and in a chill area with lotsa food places. the staff were really friendly and helpful, made check-in easy. the room was fresh and had a nice shower with great stuff for washing. loved the comfy bed too, definitely coming back! nice amenities for a no-frills spot!
