Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk.

My stay was tainted by an awful odor, likely stemming from the bathroom, which we noticed immediately upon arrival. It was so bad that we had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times, making it unbearable. Additionally, we were unable to book a room with two beds as they were fully booked, leaving my family cramped during our stay.

I loved the array of snacks available and the kind staff, especially Becca, who went out of her way to help us. The room was comfortable, and the amenities made our stay enjoyable. We definitely felt at home!

However, the sticky and dirty floors were a bummer—definitely not what you'd expect for a higher price point. A little more attention to cleanliness would have taken this place from good to great.

Great staff and comfy vibes!

I stayed for 3 nights and loved how welcoming the staff were, especially Tammy who was super helpful. My room was cozy and clean, and there were tasty pastries at breakfast that made mornings nice. Only bummer was the limited fitness equipment—could be better but didn’t ruin my stay at all!
