My two friends and I made exceptional memories during our short and delightful stay at 21C Museum Hotel. the lobby and rooms were impressively clean and up-to-date. the bed and pillows were comfortable, adding to the overall cozy vibe. the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the deep water allowed for a refreshing swim. the decor throughout the hotel was adorable, and the coffee shop and restaurant served amazing food and cocktails. The friendly staff and modern amenities, including the cafe and fitness center, made our experience truly enjoyable. Cons: Couldn't recommend this hotel more for its exceptional service, amenities, and overall fantastic experience.

The art is stunning and the room was super comfy! Plus, the indoor pool and hot tub were top, notch , great for a relaxing dip. the hotel's downtown location was convenient, with easy street parking available and a cool coffee shop on, site.

The valet service was a letdown , some staff seemed unprofessional, and my car wasn't handled well. Also, there were a few hiccups with room service and restaurant delays, possibly due to understaffing.
