they charge extra for pet fees which is ridiculous, especially since the other guests and their dogs woudl ve been more than a little distracting. also, the hot water in our room was on the fritz, and I barely received an apology when I mentioned it. I almost gave a good review, but these inconveniences were just unbearable!

I recently stayed for one night at Tru By Hilton Omaha, and I really appreciated the clean and spacious King Room. The room was fitted with a cozy bed that made for a great night's sleep, and the breakfast spread had a nice selection of food options, including delicious waffles and coffee. The colorful decor added a welcoming touch, enhancing my experience.

The check-in process had some hiccups.

Our family loved the friendly atmosphere and the awesome snacks provided at check-in. The breakfast was fantastic, making it one of the best stays I've ever had!

I faced some challenges during my stay. The air conditioning unit in my room was noticeably loud, making it difficult to enjoy meals without interruption. Additionally, I was disappointed that the room wasn't ready at the designated check-in time, which left me feeling frustrated after a long day of travel. Lastly, I noticed the pricing for pets was unexpectedly high, further dampening my experience.

This was an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Omaha with a good price-value balance. The front desk staff were super friendly and helped us with directions to local attractions. Pro tip, bring snacks from home to enjoy by the pool since it can get busy during peak times.
