we had a fantastic stay at Tru Hilton. from the surprise champagne delivery to the friendly staff, everything was top-notch. the modern room, great amenities, and comfortable bed made our experience delightful. the breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, and the pool area was quiet and relaxing. convenient parking and proximity to a theme park added to our enjoyment.

I'd ask for a better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff could offer a special later checkout without additional charge.

During my stay, the toilet in the room had a consistent flushing issue that disrupted our sleep. Despite reporting it multiple times, the maintenance efforts did not fully rectify the problem, leading to an uncomfortable experience.

I loved the accommodations for guests with disabilities. As a power wheelchair user, I felt comfortable and the bathroom had enough space. The hotel staff was prompt in assisting us when we needed extra towels. The lobby area had a lot of facilities which kept me entertained throughout our stay. Overall I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Staff kindly returned my forgotten documents. Everything I need – Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a pool, plus no smoking. Can't wait to be back for the weekend!

the place is super clean, and it's so close to the conventional center. plus, they have a snack bar in the lobby - where you can buy lots of snacks. so convenient! oh, and the receptionist - mel - is super friendly and made our stay extra special.
