The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and Bourbon Street within walking distance. The open fire right next to the bar creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. We were impressed by the Southern Hospitality displayed by the front desk staff, especially Matt and Yari. The room was spacious and well-decorated, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was decent, and the facilities, such as the courtyard and common areas, were nicely appointed.

There were some noise issues in the room due to its proximity to the elevator banks.

I recently stayed at a really great hotel here. It has an awesome location just outside of the tourist areas, yet still within walking distance to all the great attractions. The staff provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. They even helped me reserve the perfect room for my husband's 40th birthday. The hotel itself has comfortable amenities like a swimming pool, fitness center and a relaxation room. I also appreciated the in-room facilities such as a refrigerator and tea and coffee maker.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely and comfortable stay.
