On a work trip, we stayed at Tru By Hilton for several nights. the customer care and thoughtful details like the low exit sign and disability button impressed us. the rooms were small but clean and comfy – perfect for a good rest. the gym was well-equipped, and the social activities were a nice touch. the breakfast was the best budget hotel one we've had, with friendly staff and a variety of options. Overall, a very inviting and enjoyable stay. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was surprisingly cozy, with a comfy bed and a large TV. Loved the adjustable window shade and the modern walk-in shower with dispensers for soap and shampoo. the location was convenient, making it easy to get around during my Christmas stay.

No microwave or coffee pot in the room, just lukewarm coffee in the common area. Would have appreciated more complimentary amenities like milk and brown sugar for oatmeal.
