I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for a week-long visit to Maine and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff went above and beyond by providing portable breakfast items for our early morning departure to the airport. The unique touches in the room, like the reading lamps by the bed and the long shelf in the bathroom, made our stay comfortable and convenient. The funky ambience added to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, such as the lounge area and the pre-scheduled airport shuttle, were a great convenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the convenient location, with Portland being just a short 10-15 minute drive away. The check-in process was quick and efficient, taking only 30 seconds. it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We loved the modern and minimalist concept of this hotel. The clean and bright rooms were extremely comfortable, with a big king bed and soft sheets. The bathroom was amazing, with great soap, lotion, and shampoo. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating, and the breakfast offered was good. The location was convenient, right across from the mall and near the airport.

And lastly, the amenities were top-notch: the room was really comfortable, it had everything I needed, and the shuttle service was really convenient!

Noisy doors in the hallway next to the room, which slam shut with a loud bang. Odd smell in the elevator, although it was promptly addressed by management.
