Wow, what a great stay! the room was spotless, perfect for my family. the lobby had a fantastic vibe, and we even got awesome service from the front desk staff. Plus, the hotel's quiet atmosphere was just what we needed for a relaxing trip. And the location was super convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores!

Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, and we had to tidy up ourselves. It was a bit disappointing to find food and sticky messes left in the room.

The pool table was a fun addition to our stay, even though it was located in a different hotel that was connected to Tru By Hilton. We didn't mind the arrangement since they were attached. As guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible facilities.

The free wifi was not free, the only chair in the room was an uncomfortable office chair, and the floor was dirty. the window shade let in too much light, disrupting my sleep and the lack of alternative bedding was inconvenient.
