During my stay at Tru By Hilton Rapid City Rushmore, Sd, I found the hotel to be modern and inviting. The atmosphere was quite lively, with enjoyable areas for family activities, including games for teens. I appreciated the clean rooms and the comfortable beds, which helped me sleep soundly each night.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The lack of cleanliness was glaring and made me uneasy with my children. The staff were unhelpful. check-in was chaotic, and when I inquired about the elevator location, I received a rude response. The room itself was not properly cleaned, with pet hair everywhere and sticky surfaces. This experience did not meet the expectations set by other Hilton establishments.

The room had plenty of charging ports for tech. and a great view of the Black Hills. I appreciated the clean appearance throughout the space.

We loved hanging out in the spacious lobby, a great spot to work, play, eat, and relax. Plus, it’s just a 4-minute drive to the Central States Fairgrounds. Definitely recommend checking out some local attractions while you're here!

One issue we faced was trying to find parking during a busy weekend. It got a bit crowded, which made things tricky.

We enjoyed our stay at Tru. The lobby was spacious with games, making it a perfect hangout spot. The kids loved the pool, especially the waterslide! It was a great place for family bonding, especially with my mother around.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at night.

The pool area was canny fun, man! The slide was a right treat for the kids, and the lobby's a grand place for a chinwag. Did struggle a bit for parking, though. Overall, had a decent time!

I absolutely adored the contemporary lobby with a pool table and games that brought everyone together! The heated pool with a waterslide was an absolute hit with my kids, making our stay extra fun. Plus, the interactive pancake maker at breakfast was such a delightful surprise that made our mornings brighter!

the hotel gym was impressive, one of the best i have seen. thewi-fi was unreliable at times, which made it hard to work.

Friendly staff provided helpful recommendations. Wi-fi was spotty at times. Great laundry facilities!

The queen room was super clean and felt really new! I loved the hardwood floors—definitely gave it a cleaner vibe. The flexible desk space was neat too, perfect for setting up my laptop. The temperature control worked great, so I was comfy the whole time. It's a bummer there’s no coffee maker in the room, but at least there’s coffee available in the lobby all day and night. Overall, solid experience!
