Comfortable beds, friendly staff, clean accommodations, good breakfast, surprising outdoor area.

My family and I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a few nights while visiting relatives in Ohio. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, making it the perfect choice for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and provided a great night's sleep for all five of us. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh selections. We also enjoyed using the gym facilities and were pleasantly surprised by the outdoor area for the kids to play. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally nice and hospitable. our experience at Springhill Suites was excellent, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The hotel was situated close to numerous restaurants and just a short distance from the airport. It was a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and convenient. There were no major issues or areas for improvement.

The hotel captures your phone to inquire about your stay. We had a comfortable bed and a clean room. Breakfast was good with coffee and tea available all day. we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Friendly staff, free parking, and good breakfast. the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. It was convenient to have free parking available. the breakfast provided was enjoyable and had a good variety of options.

Broken back entrance, faulty shower head, and garbage under pull, out couch. the broken back entrance made it difficult to re, enter the hotel and the parking out back was useless unless someone let you in.

Located near main roads, this hotel is a great base to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is provided and includes oatmeal, bananas and other basic items which is convenient. The property has nice facilities like a fitness center and outdoor pool.

The check-in process was confusing due to issues with reservations.
