Activities offered in the lobby were appreciated by my family/coworkers. Gym, pool, and hot tub were perfect additions to our stay. Breakfast included a variety of delicious options. Environmentally friendly soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were a plus. Excellent, clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location was great, right off the freeway.

The breakfast options were great! We enjoyed the variety of choices and the breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. the pool table in the lobby was a fun addition and we had a good time playing games. Additionally, the modern feel of the rooms was a nice touch.

The rooms were extremely small and cramped, making us feel claustrophobic. There was no closet, just a hook on the wall with a few hangers, and the fridge was almost unusable due to its tiny size.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options including scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. The pancake maker was a highlight. The pool, hot tub, and open game space looked inviting. The shower and bathroom had eco-friendly soap and shampoo dispensers.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff, especially Michael at the front desk, was super helpful, personable, and friendly. The pool table and array of snacks and beverages were a nice touch. The bathroom toiletries were high quality, and we appreciated the eco-friendly approach with the wall-mounted hand soap and body wash. The towels were fluffy and luxurious. The breakfast, although not like the typical Holiday Inn breakfast, was included in the price and had a good variety of options for us as vegetarians and vegans. We enjoyed the juice dispenser, oatmeal station, dry cereal station, and pancake machine with fun toppings. The staff was generous and friendly, and the lobby had a cool lounge area with a billiard table and board games. The pool area was also nice, and we appreciated the two types of towels provided. The location was easily accessible, right off the freeway.

We felt completely welcomed and had no complaints at all.

As youngsters, we loved the thoughtfully designed room and comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-stocked and the pool area was great with a barbecue. We also enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and the good coffee!

As guests with children, we loved the variety of amenities available at this hotel. The pool and hot tub looked fantastic and inviting, perfect for some family fun and relaxation. The open space with pool and other games was a hit with our kids, keeping them entertained during our stay. I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to several nice restaurants in New York City. The hotel rooms, with 2 queen beds, were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

One minor aspect that could be improved was the lack of storage space in the rooms, especially for longer stays.
