The location was ideal, central to everything, and the hosts, Cheryl and Roger, were exceptional. the bed was comfortable, especially accommodating my disabled wife. the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations by including an extra single bed and couch. the hot water and water pressure were great, and there were plenty of extra pillows available. Despite road noise, it wasn't a constant disturbance, and the room stayed warm without needing the air conditioner. the outdoor saltwater pool was a nice touch, and the free WiFi and parking onsite were convenient amenities.

The towels had a lingering musty smell.

I always come back for business. Staff helped with luggage first time. Everything perfect - Wi-Fi, Free parking, Saltwater pool, Electric kettle. Express check-in/out. Sun loungers. No pets. Air conditioning. No smoking. Couldn't ask for more.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the location was central, making it convenient for exploring the city. the hosts, Cheryl and Roger, were brilliant, going above and beyond to accommodate us, especially for my disabled wife. the comfortable bed was a real asset, and being situated on the ground floor was a great convenience.

One thing that could be improved is the maintenance of the bathrooms. We encountered a faulty shower screen and non-functional light and fan.

Visited the HOTEL TRIPLET ENTERTAINMENT and FAMILY spots nearby, we had a blast! Room's comfy and cozy, perfect chill spot before hitting the town again.

Wish they had a trendy rooftop bar or a cool hangout area for teens to chill and vibe together after a day of exploring.
