the staff at Tru By Hilton was very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to keep my ice cream in their pantry freezer, which was a nice touch. the hotel itself was very clean, which was a big plus. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was huge. I loved the fact that there was no carpeting in the room, making it feel fresh and clean. the lobby was perfect for kids, with games to keep them entertained.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway. It was conveniently located next to a collection of other hotels, making me feel safe and secure. The chic interiors and bright colors of the hotel rooms and furniture were a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the great gym and swimming pool facilities offered by the hotel. But the best part was the notsoapradio soaps and shampoos provided in the room - they added a special touch to my stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Great place for families.

I did have some issues with noise from the neighboring rooms, and the lack of spacing between guests could be improved. Additionally, the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

De locatie van het hotel was redelijk dicht bij de luchthaven. Ik kon gemakkelijk met de stadsbus vanaf de luchthaven naar het hotel reizen. Dit was erg handig voor mij als reiziger. De kamer was schoon en gezellig, precies zoals beloofd in de foto's. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De wifi was natuurlijk van goede kwaliteit, met een constante snelheid van 22mbps op de tweede verdieping. Het ontbijt dat inbegrepen was, was heerlijk.

The hotel lobby had very good free coffee and a large selection of drinks to prepare. The location was excellent, being very close to the airport. They even ran a shuttle service to the airport, which was convenient.

There was some confusion about the self-check-in process. The staff seemed to think I made up this idea, so it was kind of uncomfortable.
