beautiful waterfront views, proximity to shops and restaurants, spacious double balcony overlooking the harbor

the room's cleanliness could significantly improve, outdated air conditioning left the room uncomfortable, and parking was chaotic with poorly marked spaces!!! The bathroom felt cramped and less appealing!!!

Beautiful view and delicious food at the restaurant.

Our check-in was confusing, as we had to go to a different hotel down the street. On arrival, we found the refrigerator in our room was not plugged in, which was frustrating. Additionally, the WiFi signal didn't reach our room, forcing us to spend more time in the bar for an internet connection.

The waterfront views were fantastic, making our evenings special. We loved dining at the onsite restaurant with its rooftop terrace. However, parking was a hassle, especially during peak times, so plan accordingly. Overall, a pleasant stay, but consider eating out to avoid parking issues.

the bathroom lacked a safety bar which made it a bit tricky to use. but the amazing view from the balcony was a highlight. The comfortable beds and the separate heat and magnifying mirror were really nice touches.

the view from our room was just breathtaking, and the location was spot on for walking around boothbay harbor. the staff were super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. really loved the cozy vibe of the tugboat lounge, especially with kay brown singing her heart out. the hot tub was nice but it was down 1st night, and we loved the food too!

The location offered stunning harbor views right from the room, creating a relaxing atmosphere. A favorite was the thin, crispy fries served at the onsite restaurant, pairing nicely with the beautiful scenery. However, the room was quite small for three people, making it challenging to navigate the space comfortably. Additionally, noise from nearby guests disrupted the peace on one occasion, which was disappointing during the stay.
