The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They listened to my needs and provided a double room with a sleeper sofa for my family, giving us more sleeping space. The hotel was clean and set up nicely, with comfortable beds. The front desk staff went above and beyond to provide me with a variety of teas when I requested some to help with my cold.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Baton Rouge. The hotel allowed me to check in early, which was perfect after a long flight. The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the availability of "Kleenex" facial tissue and "Cottenelle" bath tissue. Additionally, the parking was plentiful, and despite some minor cosmetic issues in the room, it was very quiet. One particular highlight was the excellent service from the night clerk, Adrienne. The location was also great, making it convenient to explore the area.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and accommodating. They greeted us warmly every time we entered the lobby and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast was amazing with a great variety and different choices each morning. It was hot, fresh, and tasty, unlike the usual continental breakfast at most places.

The hotel rooms were in dire need of remodeling and upgrades. the rooms felt shabby and outdated, which took away from the overall experience.

It was great for our Bachelorette getaway being so close to the mall. The room had a nice view overlooking the pool, and the staff was accommodating when we asked for extra towels. The breakfast was decent and provided a good start to our day.

The noise levels at night were unacceptable, and the front desk staff was unresponsive when we called to report it.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The bed was so comfy, we felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The ample supply of towels was a plus, and the walk-in shower made us feel like VIPs. The separate living area gave us plenty of space to hang out and relax. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was amazing! The hot food was served in convenient to-go dishes, keeping everything fresh and delicious. a fantastic experience for young travelers like us.

During our city break, we really liked the spacious and clean room at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a well-maintained accommodation.
