Attended the football game at UNC Charlotte and stayed at this well-located property for a quick trip. Short walking distance to the field, clean rooms, and a lovely outdoor pool. Friendly front desk staff, a nice bar with great bartenders, and helpful valets. Convenient train access in front of the hotel and various dining options within walking distance made our stay enjoyable. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Always return for stays. Staff found my lost barrette first visit. Has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hr security, Lounge, Fitness center, Outdoor pool, Wheelchair access. Perfect for city breaks.

Our room's refrigerator did not work, and despite reporting the issue to front desk, nothing was done to resolve it. the thin walls also made for a noisy evening, with our neighbors keeping us up until after midnight.
