the pool area was fantastic, and the on-site dining was convenient with good value. the shuttle buses to the theme park were excellent, especially with the early entry advantage. our room was clean, spacious, and had great lighting.

Cabana Bay Beach provided a bright and cheery atmosphere, making me feel like I was on a tropical vacation. the interior hallway access was convenient, and the bus service was outstanding with short wait times for Universal access. the staff was accommodating and the food court offered good value options.

Suites were charged instead of standard rooms initially, but the issue was resolved with a full refund process.

My family and I loved the pool options at this resort. We found the lazy river and dive tower water slide perfect for fun in the sun. The poolside bar and kids' play area kept us entertained all day. The room layout was ideal for our family of four, giving everyone space to relax. The easy access to the nearby theme parks was a huge bonus. Plus, the food options were diverse and satisfying. Can't wait to visit again!

My recent stay at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort was fantastic! I stayed for a few days to enjoy Universal Studios. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a nice pool and fitness room. One highlight was the bus shuttle that took me to Universal City Walk at any time. I also had a great time bowling at the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and reasonable price.

Two massive sand beach pools, a dive tower-themed water slide, a lazy river, and a fun retro theme. The Bayliner Diner offers a wide variety of food options. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. Galaxy Bowl for some bowling excitement. Snack and drink by the pool, a must-have for relaxation.

Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort was a relaxing retreat with excellent amenities like pools and shuttle service. Rooms had convenient features and comfortable layout. However, some maintenance issues and noise concerns affected my overall experience. The staff was helpful and responsive. A decent stay overall.

The proximity to Universal's Volcano Bay water park and the well-kept hotel grounds were highlights of my stay at Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort. The abundant towels and cleanliness were appreciated, although some areas showed signs of wear. Despite minor issues, the relaxing swimming pools and convenience to nearby landmarks like Flight of the Hippogriff added to our family bonding experience.

The vibes at this spot were primo, diggin' the cool tunes from the '50s and the top-notch service from the peeps at the front desk and ticket desk, always ready to help out. The whole fam was stoked with the food court, kid-friendly zones, and primo spot across from the theme park - everything was A-ok. The staff were all on point - knowledgeable, friendly, and nice shuttle bus drivers gettin' us to the park lickety-split. 🌴 The whole place was mellow and groovy with sick pools, hot tubs, and a chill garden walk, but had a tiny glitch with the room key cards bein' a tad funky on our last day, no biggie.

The outdoor billiard tables were a blast! I felt like a pro, sinking shots under the warm Florida sun, with the pool as my cheering audience.

the spaces are spotless, and the hotel's vicinity to the buses made everything super convenient. the staff is amazing, and the concierge service via text is a game-changer. facilities are perfect, and the 60's retro details add so much fun to the whole vibe.

We had a fantastic stay at Universal'S Cabana Bay Beach Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. The AC unit worked perfectly and didn't make any noise, which was a big plus for us. The location was superb, especially for visiting Volcano Bay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with amenities like an arcade, indoor Starbucks, and Bay-liner Diner. The frequent bus service to the parks and early entry privilege were additional benefits. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the Tower family suite, which provided plenty of space for our needs.

The location of this resort is excellent, being super close to all the Universal parks. Despite the small living area, the room was comfortable and had plenty of advantages such as laundry machines and luggage carts. The service was also excellent, as staff members were willing to spray air freshener and hold luggage for guests. The food court had decent options for meals.

The resort could improve upon security measures around the pool area, as there have been reported cases of theft.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable rates and basic amenities. The location is convenient, with easy access to all theme parks, not just Universal. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms are well-equipped with a convenient mini fridge, kitchenette, and additional sink.
