Just wanted to share my experience staying at Dockside Inn. The heating and air conditioning in the room were spot on , kept us nice and comfortable throughout our stay. Loved having the tea and coffee facilities right in the room, made mornings much easier. The dining table was a nice touch, perfect for meals and game nights. The free wi, fi in the rooms was a bonus, great for staying connected. The free toiletries provided were basic but did the job. The flat, screen TV was a good size and had a decent selection of channels. The carpeted floor in the room was cozy and added a touch of homeliness. One thing that could be improved upon was the car hire service. It seemed a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. Housekeeping did a good job overall, but it would have been nice if they paid more attention to detail in cleaning. The laundry facilities were handy, but a bit crowded at times. Dockside Inn was a decent stay with some nice amenities, but there are areas that could use a little extra attention to make the experience even better.

The pool was fantastic, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. However, the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were paper-thin - we could hear everything. The hotel felt sterile and loud, with few dining options. Despite the drawbacks, the early park access and spacious room were a plus for our family of five.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the theme parks at Universal Orlando, especially the ride on the new VelociCoaster at Islands of Adventure! The hotel's two pools and game room were perfect for hanging out after a long day of thrills and chills.

If there was one thing I'd change for a better time, it would be to have more late-night party spots within the hotel for us young night owls wanting to keep the fun going! .

The hotel provided a great value with clean rooms and modern decor. The pools and shuttle services were convenient, and Pier 8 served delicious food. Some minor inconveniences like noise from neighboring rooms were noted, but overall, a fantastic stay for families.

I had a wonderful stay at Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn And Suites in Orlando. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the food was delicious. Despite some minor check-in delays, the location, amenities, and pool were fantastic. I look forward to returning in the future!

The location was perfect - close to all the parks. ENJOYED included breakfast. Would come back for the amazing swimming pool. Better in person than in photos!

Omg🤩, absolutely adored the location - so close to all the attractions! the rooms with 2 full size beds were cozy, but beds in sitting area were odd. Drawback: staff couldn't accommodate requests immediately.

The Blend the Pier 8 Market was amazing, providing all meals conveniently. Great location with spacious rooms suitable for families. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and a nice lobby with Starbucks. However, noise can be an issue for early sleepers, so earplugs are recommended. The relaxation facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers added to the stay, and nearby landmarks such as Titanic The Artifact Exhibition and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter were excellent for family bonding.

The beach resort theme in the rooms was a nice touch. Customer service was excellent, switching us to a room near the open pool. Close to Universal, good food options, and low noise level. Highly recommended!

Had a fun time at the hotel with my partner. The pool area had a nice beachy vibe, with comfy lounge chairs and a cool pool bar. The shuttle to the nearby attractions was super convenient and never kept us waiting long. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The room cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed some hairs in the bathroom that were missed during cleaning.

Fantastic Stay with Great Services

The shuttle service to the parks and CityWalk was a huge convenience, and the suite was comfortable and spacious. the extra hour at the park and the laundry facilities were definite pluses. However, improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and noise levels by the pool area.

The hotel had a great suite with kitchen amenities and a gift shop, plus the shuttle service was fast and reliable which made our stay super convenient! The hotel had a lovely pool for relaxation and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the sun. The only hiccup was missing housekeeping one day, so our trash cans were overflowing, but it didn't ruin the overall fab experience. 🌞
