The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home! The pool area was a blast with lots of sun loungers. Plus, the transport to the parks was super quick—never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus!

Location? Fantastic. Dining options? Excellent. Pool bars? A real treat. The shuttles to Universal were convenient and efficient. Check-in and check-out? Quick and seamless. We faced a hiccup upon arrival. After a long flight, we needed rest but our room wasn’t ready. Alex stood out. He went above and beyond. Thanks to his dedication, we received a complimentary upgrade. An appreciated gesture. Rooms were great, but cleanliness fell short. I reported dust mite allergies prior, yet the room was not up to standard. Minor inconveniences persisted, like limited pool towels and a lack of kid-friendly activities. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was positive. The value is evident, but room for improvement remains. Would stay again.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at Dockside Inn. The heating and air conditioning in the room were spot on , kept us nice and comfortable throughout our stay. Loved having the tea and coffee facilities right in the room, made mornings much easier. The dining table was a nice touch, perfect for meals and game nights. The free wi, fi in the rooms was a bonus, great for staying connected. The free toiletries provided were basic but did the job. The flat, screen TV was a good size and had a decent selection of channels. The carpeted floor in the room was cozy and added a touch of homeliness. One thing that could be improved upon was the car hire service. It seemed a bit disorganized and took longer than expected. Housekeeping did a good job overall, but it would have been nice if they paid more attention to detail in cleaning. The laundry facilities were handy, but a bit crowded at times. Dockside Inn was a decent stay with some nice amenities, but there are areas that could use a little extra attention to make the experience even better.

Just a proper fit for a momentary pause in Orlando with attractive and competitive value for money. Shuttle service was excellent.

The pool was fantastic, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. However, the beds were uncomfortable, and the walls were paper-thin - we could hear everything. The hotel felt sterile and loud, with few dining options. Despite the drawbacks, the early park access and spacious room were a plus for our family of five.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the theme parks at Universal Orlando, especially the ride on the new VelociCoaster at Islands of Adventure! The hotel's two pools and game room were perfect for hanging out after a long day of thrills and chills.

If there was one thing I'd change for a better time, it would be to have more late-night party spots within the hotel for us young night owls wanting to keep the fun going! .

Really loved this hotel! Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and a nice dining area. Super spacious with comfy beds. The shuttle to the parks was frequent and saved us a ton on parking fees. The pool area was cool too, nice sun loungers. Staff were friendly and gave great service. Clean and modern vibes everywhere.

The view from the top floor is stunning! The pool area is fantastic with two awesome pools and plenty of sunbeds.

The sand by the pools had a bit more trash than I'd prefer.

After a long drive, we were excited to settle in, but a staff member barged in on us, completely disregarding my daughter's privacy. The lack of care left us feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, ruining our anticipated family getaway.
