The room was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard. the location was perfect, with vineyards in the background and close to downtown. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of amenities and activities, including pools, a restaurant, and even a bowling alley with reservations.

One restaurant in the area was closed the night we arrived in town, but the hotel provides room service that was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was very comfortable with an impressive amount of amenities. The outdoor area was outstanding and the pool area was delightful, with a hot tub that was fantastic to relax in.

We'll definitely be back for another stay, and it's worth mentioning that the hotel is also dog-friendly.

We loved our recent stay at Grand Reserve! The pool was heated, allowing us to enjoy a swim even in the chilly weather. The grass area with games for kids was a hit, keeping our little ones entertained. The location was fantastic, with easy access to food, wine, and the charming Village within the resort. The ambience was great, creating a relaxing atmosphere for our vacation. The Italian restaurant and the Market on the property served delicious meals. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to others.

We were pleased with the complimentary shuttle to the downtown area, which was very useful for exploring the surrounding area. We also appreciated the lovely pool area and the excellent gym facilities.

They recommended a restaurant that was closed on the night we arrived, and our other requests were not fulfilled. we were frustrated with the noisy children in both pools as the adult pool was shut down.

The employees at the grocery store on site were extremely nice and friendly. It was also nice to have the grocery store so easy to walk to. the pool was superb, especially on a beautiful day. We loved that we could order drinks and food right by the pool.
