Recently stayed at a beach resort in the heart of the beach scene. the check-in process was quick, thanks to MJ's friendly and knowledgeable assistance. the room was immaculate and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything needed. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the rooftop pool on the fifth floor was large and enjoyable. the location was fantastic, with numerous restaurants, stores, and the beach just a block away. Deerfield Beach itself was beautifully designed for walking and sightseeing, with clear water and a vibrant atmosphere. it was a superb vacation experience.

No ❌ the A/C in the second room was not functioning correctly, despite attempts to address the issue. Staff assistance was not helpful, leaving the room uncomfortably warm.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff, especially Maya, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a real treat, offering breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset.

The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be a wider variety of choices to cater to different preferences and dietary restrictions.

Although the pool was cold, the pool deck was spacious and offered great views. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian and vegan options offered at Vistalmar Beach Resort. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to easily prepare our own meals, and there were plenty of grocery stores nearby to stock up on supplies.

the elevator in the north tower required some maintenance attention, as the door closed too rapidly and caused bruising to our hand.

Some basic amenities were not provided, such as shampoo and cooking oil. Policies were not clear, and additional fees were inconvenient.
