The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient and saved us a lot of time and money on transportation. the staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made us feel welcome.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially for larger couples. It was difficult to move around and there wasn't much space to store our luggage.

As a frequent traveler to London, I found The Z Hotel to be perfectly located for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
