Wow, the location of this hotel is unbeatable! right on the mag mile, close to everything 🏙️ the rooms were cozy but a bit small, and the check-in was a bit delayed. Yet, the hospitality from the restaurant staff was exceptional! 🌟

we loved our stay at The Allerton. the staff was amazing, always helpful and warm. the room felt like a suite with its spacious layout. location couldn't be better, walking distance to all attractions. the vintage style interior added charm. thanks to the receptionist for providing great advice on city attractions. we will definitely return.

Just stayed at a hotel in the middle of Magnificent Mile. LOVED the international breakfast crowd. But the room was smaller than expected. Staff were nice though. Would choose it again for the breakfast!

The central location was ideal, and the outstanding service from bartender Luis really made our stay special - he was more helpful than the front desk staff. the comfy bed and complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite were a lovely touch. While the lack of breakfast was a bummer, overall, the quiet room, great views, fast WIFI, and friendly staff definitely outweighed this minor setback. 🌟

My recent stay at this hotel was better than I expected! the location of the hotel is amazing, close to many attractions around Chicago, making it convenient for exploring the city. the room was comfortable and clean, and the view from my room was wonderful. the shower was amazing, providing a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few areas that could be improved. I noticed that the pillows and blankets were not as clean as I would have liked, and could use some extra attention to detail during the cleaning process.

The lobby decor and location were nice, but the room was loud near elevators and not updated. Concerns over cleanliness, damaged amenities, extra fees, and poor customer service. Electrical issues impacted health, unable to use a machine.
