The Warwick Allerton Chicago boasts an excellent location, perfect for exploring downtown shops and dining. my check-in experience was marred by an unhelpful front desk staff member, and I faced billing issues that were frustrating. A bit more care in service would greatly enhance the stay.

The bedding was comfortable, featuring a medium-firm queen-sized bed with fluffy pillows. The bathroom, although small, was elegantly designed with marble accents. I found the cleanliness could be improved, as some areas felt outdated. The absence of room service was noticeable. The lounge bar was a nice touch, but it often closed early. the room had potential, but some aspects needed attention for a more enjoyable stay.

Perfectly situated for exploring the heart of Chicago

I had an amazing time wandering around the city since everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away, including the breathtaking Millennium Park, the vibrant Theater District, and the iconic Navy Pier, which is almost 2 km from the hotel, making my 25-minute stroll feel good for the soul; with public transport right around the corner and surrounded by a variety of eateries, I felt comfortably cozy inside the hotel as the staff was always friendly and eager to help, but I wished the room service was a bit more attentive to replenishing coffee and supplies daily.

The cleaning staff were super nice and the wifi was fast and free! Great location near good restaurants and shopping.

It wasn't the cheapest option but that's kinda expected.
