The location was great, with beautiful outdoor waterway amenities and a clean property. the staff were super friendly and the room was clean. We especially enjoyed the view and hot water in the showers.

The check-in time was delayed, the A/C was loud, and we encountered roaches and fruit flies in the room, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. There seemed to be an issue with pests despite the overall cleanliness of the rooms.
