Clean and neat apartment, well-equipped kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, convenient transportation options, and delicious food nearby.

The apartment was very clean and modern, and had great amenities such as a pool table and gym. the location was perfect for our New Year's Eve celebration, as it was close to public transportation and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Plus, the room had a great shower with excellent water pressure.

Although the apartment had a kitchen area, it was missing some essential items such as coffee and tea. while the apartment was generally clean, there were a few small cleanliness issues in the kitchen and one of the chairs.

The Central Kirchberg - Smart Aparthotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, making it easy to travel to the city center. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the city center, allowing guests to explore the area on foot. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, ensuring peace and tranquility during the stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a TV, microwave oven, and electric stove.

There were some issues with the check-in process. The instructions provided were not clear and the online check-in option was not clickable.
