The cleanliness was exceptional, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable bed and a cold air conditioner. The staff was friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The location was perfect, close to attractions, the marina, and everything in town. It was also convenient for visiting Mackinac Island.
