I had a great stay at Westhouse Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with Times Square and Central Park just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The concierge provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help us navigate the city. The included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Despite a few minor issues with housekeeping, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a New York getaway. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many popular tourist destinations within walking distance such as Times Square, 5th Avenue, Central Park, Rockefeller Center. One night, there was even a live music trio playing in the lobby, providing some pleasant background tunes to enjoy.

There was a representative from Diamond Resorts who kept insisting that we attend an Owners' Update meeting. This was quite bothersome and intrusive, as we were there for business and didn't have time for such meetings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to Times Square, Central Park, and a subway right outside. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay.

The staff at check-in were amazing, warm, and friendly. They even upgraded me to a Times Square view room for my birthday. The view from Room 2505 was amazing and the room itself was spacious. The hotel location was top-notch, with Central Park and Times Square within walking distance. The hotel also provided fresh water bottles every day, which was a nice touch.

Disappointing lack of bar facilities in the hotel, which would have been nice for relaxation after a day out. the hotel did not match the website photos, with a bathroom lacking basic amenities like a garbage can and counter space.

The location was excellent, as it was close to Central Park and Broadway, which my husband and I enjoyed walking to. The customer service was top-notch, and we want to give a special shout-out to Melida, the food and beverages manager, who made us feel welcomed. We will definitely be staying at Westhouse Hotel again and highly recommend it.
