During our stay at the Westin Houston, we experienced the most amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like we were coming home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We were particularly impressed with Alex Vo, who showed genuine care and made sure everything was just right. He has become a good friend and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone. No matter the occasion, the staff at Westin Houston will make it absolutely perfect.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a roomy shower that was perfect for the two of us. We also loved that this place is attached to a mall, which provided us with additional dining options. Plus, the location is great, with so much to do within walking distance. it was a fantastic stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Our stay at Westin was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing with pink flowers on the table and a pink AG high chair for my daughter's doll. The staff was very helpful and accommodated my son's request to sleep in a tent with a stuffed armadillo, which made his day. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, from the folks at the front desk to the banquet staff who provided wonderful service. The location was perfect - right by a gift shop and a walkway to the mall that houses the AG store. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a television. I really appreciated the room service and the on-site shops and commercial services. a fantastic stay that I would definitely recommend to others.
