The Whiteface Lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, nestled in the stunning Adirondacks region of New York and just a short drive from the beautiful Lake Placid and the charming town. The hotel itself was immaculate, with exceptional cleanliness throughout. The facilities were fantastic, offering a range of activities from paddleboarding to kayaking, ensuring we never had a dull moment. The friendly and helpful staff were always ready with a smile and great suggestions. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at a hotel, with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day.

We absolutely got great value for our money at this lodge. The rooms were superb and had a charming early 1900s character. The location was picturesque, with stunning views of the mountains and hills. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

We recently stayed at a fantastic resort in the Adirondacks, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The location was perfect, with Kanu restaurant offering stunning views of Whiteface Mountain. The resort also had access to a private beach club and a golf course, where we enjoyed breathtaking views. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a spotless bathroom and excellent service from the friendly staff. We were impressed with the delicious breakfast and the range of activities, including a game room, bowling alley, and indoor/outdoor swimming pools. The facilities were top-notch, with heated floors and a convenient underground walkway.

The shuttle service to town was limited, making it difficult to explore other areas.

The Lodge was absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful location on Whiteface Mountain. The room felt like a cozy little apartment, complete with a luxurious spa tub. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our honeymoon even more special. All in all, the Lodge felt like a home away from home.

Incredible accommodations, spotless bathrooms, and excellent turn down services. The 3 bedroom and 3 bath suite was meticulous and perfect for our needs. The massage I received from Trish at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to Whiteface mountain for skiing, and the friendly staff. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel had a wide range of amenities. The proximity to the mountain made it convenient for skiing, and the staff was always helpful and welcoming.

Had the most amazing Christmas stay! the hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees in every corner and stunning red poinsettias. the atmosphere was warm and festive. the kids loved the ice skating rink, pool, and game room. the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The three, bedroom suite we were moved to was not as nice as the one, bedroom suite we started in. It felt cold and bare, and the bed was uncomfortably hard.

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at this beautiful and incredible lodge. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The pool, hot tub, water classes, night campfires, movies. The lodge offers so many fun things to do. The food was also delicious. The location is great, close to shopping and other activities around the area. a fantastic experience!

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the amenities were great, from the pool and hot tub area to the movie theater and game room. We also enjoyed the basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts for some active fun. the scenery was breathtaking, with a beautiful view from our room window. the staff was friendly and the dining experience at Peak 47 was delicious. the daily chocolate chip cookies were a delightful treat. we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back in the future!

We loved the stunning views of nature, including a serene koi pond, from our room. The beautifully landscaped grounds and grand lodge theme created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious and well-prepared meals in the dining room. The lodge offered a range of onsite activities, including a movie theater and bowling alley, making it a fantastic family resort. Our three-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious.

The location was perfect, nestled in the beautiful mountains with stunning views. the suite was well, equipped and had a kitchen, allowing us to cook and relax in our own space. the staff were very discreet and attentive to our needs. There were plenty of activities to enjoy on, site, such as skating, spa treatments, indoor games, and yoga classes. the buffet lunch was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food.

The bed was very hard, which made it difficult for both of us to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the temperature of the pools was colder than we expected.

We had such an amazing time at this lodge! The grounds were breathtaking and the amenities were fantastic. We loved that there was a movie theater and game room for the kids to enjoy, and the outdoor activities like ice skating and s'mores by the fire pit were a hit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-end furnishings. The kitchen was well-equipped and the in-room washer/dryer was convenient. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of variety. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Room service was exceptional with daily cleaning and incredible amenities. The breakfast had delicious mapple-bacon and the view from our room was stunning. Family-friendly with a bowling alley and movie theater on the premises. The grounds were beautiful with a hot tub, pool, and campfire for making s'mores. an unforgettable experience.
