This hotel was a great value for the price. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Easy access to the highway was a plus, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities needed. Compared to other budget hotels, this hotel was outstanding in terms of service and attention to detail. The pet cat roaming around the front lobby added a nice touch of charm.

The only minor issue was the limited space in the rooms and the need for maintenance.

The rooms were comfortable and well-furnished with a table, chairs, and a dresser. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early when the room was ready. the location was convenient, with a nearby restaurant within walking distance. We also enjoyed the nice grassy area where we could walk our dog.

One downside was that the outdoor pool was closed for the season, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the exterior door opening to the pool area was not what we had expected based on the information from Trip Advisor, as we were hoping for interior corridor rooms.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the fresh scent of the sheets and pillows were superb. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This hotel is conveniently located close to several amenities in the area and has great freeway access. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have comfortable beds with protectors. Staff is friendly and accommodating, trying their best to fulfill any requests guests may have. Bathrooms are clean and come with hot water and ice-cold refrigerators. Additionally, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

While the hotel has a lot to offer, there was a slight room issue that could have been better resolved.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, right off the interstate and close to the Expo Center. It's also right next to the Greyhound stop, making it convenient for travelers. Plus, the breakfast served includes a variety of options, although I wish they had included sausage or bacon.

Walking into our room at Whitten Inn University was such a relief after a terrible experience at another hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I could instantly breathe in the freshness. It made me so happy! From now on, I will only stay at Whitten whenever I'm in this area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the delicious coffee available 24/7 and the gym were added bonuses.

I was impressed by the southern decor and spacious parking lot. The gentleman at check-in offered me a discount and was very welcoming, telling funny jokes about the mascot cat. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice flat panel TV. The breakfast had a lot of variety and it was nice to have a 24-hour Subway next door. I would recommend this gem for travelers.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our Christmas stay. It was close to restaurants and other establishments. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the beds and bathrooms. It was evident that they had been thoroughly cleaned and the sheets smelled fresh. We felt comfortable and welcomed during our stay.

One downside was that our room was located near an older couple who seemed to have an issue with kids. It would have been better if we were placed near other families with children.
