Nothing could have been better.

The complementary snacks in the room and the refreshing drinks at the lobby were greatly appreciated. the location was very convenient for our city exploration, being only a few steps away from the main attractions. The view from our room, overseeing the gardens, was stunning.

The restaurant experience was not as pleasant as expected. We were denied breakfast, despite multiple empty tables, due to the servers not being able to clear them.

Our stay at this hotel was absolute luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the gracious, well-trained staff, it was truly incredible. The Spa & wellness centre was absolutely relaxing, with massages and facials that left us feeling rejuvenated. Also, the gardens were tranquil and perfect for morning walks, with beautifully pruned hedges and lush greenery.

The only issue we faced was with the restaurant, which had limited options for those with dietary restrictions. Despite the otherwise excellent cuisine and service, this was a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided with more variety in the menu.

The hotel's location in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg allows guests to easily access all the historical sites and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable, with attentive and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant stay. Some guests were disappointed to find that a resort fee was added to the price of their room, regardless of whether they used the resort facilities or not.
