The jacuzzi suite room was amazing, with a great setup and spaciousness. It was definitely worth the price. The TV in the room could be improved, but it still added to the relaxation. I would recommend this hotel due to the wonderful jacuzzi suite experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Appleton, WI. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the stadium and close to restaurants and the mall. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, especially the jacuzzi which was a wonderful addition. The breakfast spread had a variety of options to choose from, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste buds. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a lovely remodel that included great color choices. the bathroom was spacious as well, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the pool and hot tub were clean and in perfect working order, providing a great place to relax. Additionally, the staff was very accommodating and helpful, even going above and beyond to send us some forgotten items after our stay.

One downside was that the remote control in the bathroom had a loose battery cover, which worried me about potentially being charged for it. Another issue was that the hotel didn't have a record of my reservation, which resulted in having to stay at an alternative hotel that didn't offer the same level of service as advertised.

Check-in was fast. Room clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent bedding. Tasty breakfast was varied and fresh with attentive staff. Close to shopping with a nice pool. Will happily return.

Loved the delicious breakfast options and the newly renovated rooms with comfy beds. the location near the mall and great restaurants was a big plus.

Disliked that there were no pool towels available and they didn't have baby beds for families traveling with infants. Additionally, the room we booked in advance wasn't available upon check-in and the new room was cold and wouldn't warm up.

Clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable price. Close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Good facilities. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Best Western Plus! The room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds, a sofa, refrigerator, and microwave. The view of the pond and birds behind the hotel was a delightful bonus. The hotel was also super clean upon arrival. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be staying here every time I visit!

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and beautifully decorated with modern grey and white decor. the bathroom was spacious and the shower was amazing. the beds were comfortable and we slept like babies. the staff were friendly and genuine, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from. the pool area was well-maintained and the pool hours were convenient. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

There was a power outage due to a natural disaster during our stay. Although our room had partial power, the bathroom didn't have any.

Couldn't stay longer.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Best Western Plus. The room I stayed in had been recently redone and it was incredibly clean, making it feel almost like new. The soothing colors in the decor added a lovely touch. I was also delighted to discover a pond behind the property, where I got to watch a cute family of ducks. The hotel's close proximity to the airport was also a major convenience for my early morning flight. Moreover, the attentive and professional staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the view from my room of the pond behind the property was a nice touch, especially with the cute family of ducks that I spotted.

The lobby was under construction during my stay, which made it feel a bit strange upon arrival. Also, the pictures I had seen beforehand were a bit misleading, as the hotel's location was not as scenic as I had expected.

The young lady at the front desk was polite, helpful, and personable. The hotel was super clean with a modern grey and white decor. The bathroom was large with a great shower and pretty vanity. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The pool area was a nice amenity.

The extra TV in the bathroom was a great touch, allowing me to catch up on news whilst getting ready. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the attendant was friendly. Would stay again.
