The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the mall and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with a big TV and a small coffee maker. Parking was abundant and free. it was a good value for money.

The hotel could improve on cleanliness. There were cigarette butts put out all around the pool area, and some parts of the hotel still had green residue from previous guests' soap.

Being situated in a town center, there were plenty of options for breakfast, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The air conditioning was effective and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The front desk team was welcoming and professional, and the wxyz bar had a great drink selection with knowledgeable staff. The location was convenient, with shopping, restaurants, and soccer fields nearby. Additionally, there was a cozy common area downstairs with a fireplace, pool tables, and board games.

One downside was the lack of a laundry facility, which would have been helpful for guests with dirty clothes, especially after outdoor activities like soccer. Another issue was with the room cleaning service.
