Had a good breakfast every day with fresh options. the staff was friendly, except for one guy. Loved the spacious room with a movable snack tray and sitting area where I could relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, with visible dirt and a dead roach on the wall. the ice machines on the 1st and 3rd floors were out of order during my stay, which was inconvenient.

I keep coming back for holidays. First visit, staff helped with sim cards. the place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and laundry service. Moreover, they have a lift, business center, sun loungers, and allow pets. Excellent air conditioning and no smoking on site.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Everything was so close to us, making it very convenient. The friendly staff gave us the best service they could which was amazing! The breakfast was delicious with many choices and the pool area was relaxing with loungers and beach umbrellas. The hotel offered many facilities including Wi-Fi, laundry and fitness center, which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family!

I recently had an awesome stay at a hotel in Columbus. The hotel was conveniently located next to everything and in a great area. The room with a sofa pull out was updated and clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that they offered extra blankets upon request and had breakfast options for six different tastes.

All in all, my stay was great and I can't think of anything that needed improvement.

We left the room to get some fresh air, turned on the air conditioning on our return, but the smell persisted. It was a huge disappointment.
