The beds were incredibly soft and comfy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The room, although spacious, had some minor flaws like stains on the walls and missing paint. Despite this, the cleanliness exceeded expectations. the location is quiet with various dining options nearby, and it's just a short drive from Charlotte. The Mexican restaurant serves fantastic margaritas, and Cracker Barrel offers delightful hot cocoa. The parking lot is tight, but there is an overflow lot available. The hotel is conveniently situated close to the interstate and our destination. The microwave and fridge in the room were useful amenities.

The hotel was great for the purpose of our trip, being located right near the highway which was perfect for our travels. the rooms were kept clean and spotless throughout our 4-night stay, making it a comfortable experience. the breakfast, similar to the one at Wyngate in Erie, PA, was awesome despite the limited gluten-free options.

The room was in dire need of updates, with broken fixtures like the toilet paper holder and towel bar. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with uncleaned coffee/sink areas and visible bleach stains on the sheets.

during our recent stay at La Quinta, we found the rooms to be very clean and well, maintained. the check, in process was smooth, with helpful staff accommodating our last, minute change seamlessly. we appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable service and the convenient location near shops and dining options. overall, a pleasant experience that we would recommend.
