The employees were welcoming, respectful, and helpful. We were upgraded to a huge and posh room. The pool design was neat. The layout of the room was great, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. The staff was nice and friendly, and the location was easy to get to.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I found the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi very useful and appreciated. the location was great, close to everything I needed. the staff was also friendly and ready to help with any questions.

The hotel could use some updating as the rooms were old and had some maintenance issues. the noise from trains passing by was also a bit disturbing, especially during the middle of the night.

The hotel was very clean and the pool area was nice. We loved the layout of the room, especially having a sofa for our granddaughter to sleep on. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the anti-bug covers on the mattress and box springs. The blackout curtains worked great, allowing us to sleep even with the sun up. The location was easy to get to and had key attractions nearby.

One of the elevators was out of order, which made getting to and from our room time-consuming. The road noise was also bothersome, even though we were on the third floor.
