I had such a wonderful time staying at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the sea and in so many places to explore. I loved being able to walk to all the attractions, it made my stay so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a safe for my valuables. The free Wi-Fi was also a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast served here was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a lovely stay at Gresham Guest House. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right from the start. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including coffee, tea, and water. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city and with free parking nearby. I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Despite a minor issue with the shower temperature, everything else was perfect. The decor may be a bit tired, but I understand that they are in the process of refurbishing.

Great location, right on the Esplanade with an amazing sea view. Friendly owners who provided a delicious cooked breakfast with top-quality sausages and bacon. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Will definitely return.

Balcony room lacked space.

We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a beautiful sea view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The en suite was clean and modern, with a refreshing shower. The daily housekeeping service was excellent, keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. The hosts were extremely welcoming and provided helpful local recommendations. Although parking was a bit challenging, the guesthouse provided a permit and it was easy to find a spot nearby. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a wonderful stay in Weymouth.

The location of the guest house was perfect, with stunning views of the beach from my room. The room itself was beautifully decorated, bright, and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was delicious, and they even accommodated my dietary restrictions. The towels were soft and the room was kept clean throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time at the Gresham Guest House.

That the shower water pressure was a bit low. Additionally, the initial appearance of the guest house from the outside was not very appealing, but once inside, it was lovely.

The rooms had a great view of the beach and the place was spotless. the hosts were friendly and welcoming. I'll give credit where it's due, there was a good selection of teas and coffee available for guests in the room.

The beds were uncomfortable and felt worn. the shower was too small and the water temperature fluctuated too much.

Lovely location with a fantastic sea view and the soothing sound of waves crashing from the balcony room. the experience of staying in a room with such a view was absolutely wonderful. the host, Karen, was also very friendly and welcoming.

While overall it was a great stay, I did notice a few minor issues. there was a plastic globe in one of the landings that seemed out of place.

The friendly lady owner made us bacon sarnies for our journey home. She even let us switch to a smaller room. The single room had a beautiful sea view, was clean, warm, and had everything we needed. Scrambled eggs breakfast was delicious in a clean environment. We will definitely return!
