Loved the spacious rooms and clean facilities. The recommendations for local dining were a nice touch, making our stay even better.

Felt safe walking at night, no complaint.

The beautiful decor and spacious lobby stood out, but the food service was severely lacking, leading to a disappointing breakfast experience. Room cleanliness issues were also a concern, impacting overall comfort during our stay.

Clean room but breakfast options were limited.

However, I encountered significant problems. The bathroom tub didn’t drain properly, taking forever to clear after showers, and the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, almost reminiscent of dial-up. The third-floor hallway had a persistent odor, which was quite off-putting, and there were multiple instances of unmaintained amenities. Plus, there was a burnt-out lightbulb in my room, and I repeatedly faced issues with the door lock needing re-issues for the key, which was both frustrating and inconvenient.

Had such a lekker stay! The brekkie was tops—lovely scrambled eggs and those DIY waffles were a hit with the kids. Plus, the staff, like Cathi from housekeeping, were super friendly and went out of their way to help us, especially with my mom's wheelchair. Loved their service!

Only downside was the indoor pool and jacuzzi were off-limits the whole time, bit of a dampener, but still enjoyed it overall.

The lobby needs a good cleaning – it had an old, moldy smell!!! Also, the soundproofing is severely lacking, making privacy hard to come by!!! Management might want to pay attention to room upkeep!!!

Fitness center air conditioning was non-existent.

the lobby smelled old and moldy, which was a great first impression, not. I thought I would at least get some special treatment for the long wait and hasty cleaning. No towel service? unbelievable. the pool was closed all week, and there was zero effort to comfort us. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

i had a fantastic time staying here, enjoying the closeness to heritage park where i could take lovely walks and breathe in the fresh air. Dining options like the big easy diner just a short stroll away made my mornings even better.

the location was perfect for grabbing a quick bite before our cruise. several restaurants within walking distance made it easy. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy.
