The staff was friendly , especially at breakfast. I had a talk with the breakfast host who was not just serving food but sharing little Italian phrases with us, made the mornings fun.

It wasn't exactly cheap , yet it was acceptable for what you get.

The room was spacious and clean with a cozy atmosphere. The shower had great water pressure, and waking up to a warm buffet breakfast was a nice touch.

Some amenities felt dated, and the staff could have been more welcoming.

The gym was great, with lots of room to stretch. The pool was a hit with the kids. Comfortable beds and decent pillows made for good sleep. Fresh fruit and good coffee in the morning were a nice touch.

However, there were several annoying hiccups during my stay. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order for weeks, which was ridiculous. On top of that, the breakfast ended at 9:30 AM, leaving no room for late risers. The pool was closed, and the hallway could have used a good vacuum. Not to mention the questionable recent history with faulty fire alarms that previously disrupted guests at night. Definitely some areas that need attention here.

We loved staying at this hotel! With my two small kids, the location was perfect for exploring local attractions. The warm buffet breakfast was a hit, and Todd made sure everything was just right for our family during our mornings there.

My wife says that the hotel could use some extra amenities for kids.

I had a great stay recently. the breakfast was fantastic, especially thanks to Todd's amazing service! However, I was disappointed by the missing hair dryer and the room's temperature control.

The room was spotless, and Denise and Sasha were the most friendly staff I’ve ever met. They helped us navigate some unusual hiccups and even checked on us after we checked in. Great breakfast options too.

I loved the friendly atmosphere created by the staff, especially during breakfast. The hotel is updated and clean, but beware of train noise at night—request a room at the front for a quieter experience. Overall, a solid stay with great rates!

The room was just okay. The furniture had stains, which was a bit off-putting. The bathroom was clean, and the king bed was comfy, but I found a dirty air conditioner that definitely needed attention. There was no remote in the room, and I had to deal with a filthy drawer too. Just felt like the cleaning could use a boost. It's disappointing because the location was convenient.
