I had a fantastic experience at this place. The location was perfect as it was in the center of the business district and close to everything I wanted to do. The service was outstanding from the front desk clerk to the housekeepers, and the staff was the best service I have ever received. They had room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and in-room safe. The dining experience was exceptional, with the restaurant offering a great selection of food, and the waiter being very attentive. The leisure facilities like the swimming pool and sun terrace were amazing, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with exceptional facilities and amazing service.

The design had a zen-like quality that was relaxing. The staff, especially Amanda A, were over-the-top warm and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The pool and jacuzzi area was beautiful and had comfortable chairs with umbrellas for sun protection. The hotel's location was convenient, just a few minutes away from the center of the city with great food and drink options. this hotel had some of the best quality and hippest rooms in town.

Excellent Facility and Staff

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The facility is unique and creatively done, with a forest feeling mixed with good art. The lobby is particularly impressive, with a HUGE piece of eucalyptus tree as the front desk. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and welcoming, and the waiter at the restaurant for breakfast was friendly and attentive. The quality of the towels and sheets in our room was good, and everything was clean and modern. The pool was heated and the outdoor bar served reasonably priced cocktails. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and the bathrobe in our room. our stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
