I had such a luxurious and comfortable stay at this 4-star hotel in Reno. The room was spacious, with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The decor might be a bit dated, but it didn't bother me at all. The staff was friendly and even went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday special. They brought balloons and a coke as a surprise. The location was great, with easy access to the downtown area and the freeway. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The free parking was a bonus too.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave me lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to an ironing board. The views from the room were also amazing.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, casinos, and downtown attractions. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff.

One negative aspect was the noise outside, which kept us awake during the night. Additionally, the parking garage was not very safe, with only one entrance and tight spaces.

We recently stayed at a fantastic resort in Reno for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff at this place went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. From the warm and efficient check-in to the accommodating and pleasant front office staff, we were truly impressed with the outstanding service we received.

Although the resort had a small pool and fitness center, it was more than enough for our needs. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the activity center, which provided ample entertainment options for our downtime.

The view from the room was nice, it had a great balcony to sit out on and enjoy. the staff was friendly and made sure all our needs were met. the complementary breakfast and coffee were a nice touch, and the location was close to some good restaurants as well as public transportation.

The room was extremely small and cramped, especially the bathroom which was almost unusable. the furnishings and decor were outdated and unappealing, and it did not feel like a comfortable or welcoming environment to spend time in.
