We had the most relaxing and peaceful stay at this resort. The beautiful surroundings and well-maintained rooms provided the perfect oasis for us to unwind. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also had the pleasure of hiring a driver through the reception to visit Ba Na Hills, where we had a fascinating private tour. The resort's location was ideal, just a short walk to the hustle and bustle of old town Hoi An, where we were able to order tailor-made clothes. Despite encountering a few scammers in the area, the overall experience in Hoi An was lovely. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be recommending this resort to our friends and family. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and serene holiday.

During my recent stay at the Anantara, I was impressed by the well-manicured grounds and the beautiful setting of the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even remembered my name and room number by the second day! The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short bike ride or taxi away from a lovely beach and a few minutes' walk to a variety of local restaurants. I especially enjoyed exploring the charming Hoi An old town, which was just a short walk away. The colonial architecture of the rooms was delightful, and I loved the spaciousness and the outdoor seating area. The food in all the restaurants was fantastic, particularly the delicious breakfast and dinner at Reflections. The hotel also paid attention to small details that made me feel special, such as the lemongrass diffuser in my room upon arrival and the different short story provided with the turn down service each night. I had a wonderful stay at the Anantara.

Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Anantara, there were a couple of drawbacks to note. the swimming pool could use some improvements.

During my Xmas stay, I really liked the large rooms at the hotel. They had a seating area inside and day beds on the balcony, which provided a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind. the breakfast offered a great selection of food, satisfying all my cravings in the morning. the hotel's location was also a key advantage, being just a short walk away from the lively center of the town. It was convenient to easily explore the bustling streets and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere.

The overall ambience of the hotel felt a little tired and outdated. It lacked the luxurious and modern feel that is expected from a high-quality resort.

Lovely location, nice rooms & breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful design, comfy beds, good minibar and coffee/tea corner.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The spa and wellness center, sauna and outdoor swimming pool provided a truly relaxing experience. The garden area was breathtaking and perfect for sun loungers complete with beach umbrellas. The restaurant was amazing and the buffet breakfast was delicious - with special diet menus available. The room advantages were great - with private facilities including an outdoor dining area and snack bar. The hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk to the old town.

We did experience one minor issue with the entertainment. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area lacked in providing entertainment and could have improved with more options for guests.

The hotel's staff were very friendly, always ready to help, and welcoming. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the market, shops, and other tourist spots, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city. the outdoor pool was great, surrounded by trees and with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities, notably no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, which was a bit of a letdown. some toilets could have been updated to Japanese style.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Residence in Hue and the An Bang beach. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. The hotel also offered free wifi, which was a bonus.

The shower area was open, leading to a wet floor after each use.
