The room was clean with updated interiors and no carpet, which I appreciated for hygiene. the A/C struggled to maintain a consistent temperature and blew directly toward the bed, making it uncomfortable at times. Noise from the hallway occasionally disrupted our sleep. Coffee in the room was weak and not up to standard, and there was no fresh coffee available in the lobby. The bathroom was spacious, but the towels felt rough. Breakfast options lacked healthier choices, and I would have liked some fruit. it was a cozy room, but a few improvements would elevate the experience.

The indoor pool was absolutely freezing! My kids jumped in excitedly, only to surface in shock from the cold. They were shivering the entire time, and it just ruined the experience. Honestly, I expected a heated pool for a relaxing swim.

During my visit, the breakfast options were delightful, and the room was overall nice. some aspects like cleanliness and the shower pressure could be improved. The standout was Samantha, whose exceptional customer service turned my experience around when I faced issues with my fridge.

The hotel had lovely Christmas decorations that made me feel festive, and the breakfast was delicious and well-maintained, with a nice clean eating area. The spacious room and comfy bed provided a great place to unwind after a busy day, and the bar was a nice extra touch for a relaxing evening. The only downside was that the bar was out of several drink options, which didn't impact my overall positive impression. Can't wait to come back! ❤️

Perfectly positioned near parks, dining, and Texas A&M University

I loved how easily we could stroll to nearby parks like Bee Creek Park which is less than a 2-minute walk and Wolf Pen Creek Park just a bit further which really allowed us to enjoy the greenery and fresh air while being close to all the restaurants and shopping we needed in College Station which was super convenient especially with Texas A&M University only a short drive away making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration but the breakfast could use a wider variety of options to make our mornings even better.

The pool area was nice for some water activities. The room felt cramped with too much furniture.

The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, with excellent amenities and cleanliness. The front desk staff, especially Marisol, showed great customer service when assisting with luggage storage. significant issues arose during my stay. Encountered rude treatment from the front desk regarding a forgotten item and felt judged when attempting to check in for a birthday celebration. Common areas were uncomfortably hot, and the noise level from adjoining rooms was disturbing. Management needs to address staff training and maintenance issues. With the right adjustments, this location could truly shine. For now, the inconsistency leaves much to be desired.
