Upon arrival, the staff's friendliness was reminiscent of a warm hug on a chilly day. the valet service swiftly handled my car, making me feel like a celebrity. the room's breathtaking views were a delightful surprise, as if I had stumbled upon a hidden gem in a bustling city.

The hotel had a great location right across from a beautiful park. the staff, especially at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the view from the room was stunning, overlooking the river and a stadium.

The room itself was disappointing, with old and worn-out furnishings. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with trash left behind from previous guests and dirty sheets.

I had a fantastic time staying at this place! the location is the best for sports fans, right by the entrance to Point St Park. It's super convenient to walk to Market Square and the cultural district, not to mention the university and great dining spots. the service here was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.

Situated near Market Square, close to both Mount Washington inclines, the convention center, and stadiums. Rooms offer a stunning view of the Point. Staff quickly delivers supplies to rooms. the hotel boasts an excellent pool and hot tub for relaxation.

When I first stayed, staff helped with bug spray. No regrets, everything suits me: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, fitness center, indoor pool. Coming back for Easter festivities.

Stayed for a concert, 15 min walk to PNC Park. Beautiful view behind Point Park. Room with Temp shower, great water pressure. Excellent location, able to walk to attractions easily. Courteous and helpful staff.
