The hotel vibe was great, especially during the Taylor Swift concert weekend; the staff brought fun with music, cutouts, and heart sunglasses. The location near Point State Park made it easy to stroll to the stadium, enhancing our experience. The river view from our room was beautiful, but the outdated decor and maintenance issues were a letdown. Valet parking was chaotic, and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Even so, friendly interactions with staff made up for a lot, showing they care. Just a little more attention to upkeep would elevate the charm.

great location for concerts

Location is perfect for events, like the Kenny Chesney concert. Rooms have all the essentials—air conditioning, flat-screen TV, coffee machine, and comfy beds. Love the heated pool and fitness center. Valet was super quick. Check-in was decent but could've given more info about needing a separate keycard for the pool.

The heating in the room was a bit inconsistent, as it took a while to warm up and then became too stuffy quickly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but they were not restocked regularly, so we ran out quickly and had to request more supplies. The sitting area was cozy and provided a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly, which was inconvenient when trying to get ready in the mornings. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the quality could have been better as they felt quite generic. The am/fm alarm clock was a handy feature, but the buttons were a bit finicky to navigate. The flat-screen TV offered a good selection of channels, but a TV channel guide would have been helpful to know what was available. The carpeted floor in the room was comfortable underfoot, but it could have used a deeper clean as it looked a bit worn in some areas. The dry cleaning service was efficient, but the housekeeping staff seemed to miss restocking some essentials like towels and washcloths. I didn't have the chance to explore the shops/commercial services offered at the hotel, but I did notice that laundry and valet parking were available, which was convenient.

The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay feel special from start to finish. I loved the stunning city views from our room—waking up to that was pure magic! The indoor heated pool was a perfect way to unwind after a concert, so relaxing!
